1. Who controls the data?

The controller is Martin Hidasi, an independent developer based in Hungary operating under the Pannon Forge brand. Contact: privacy@pannonforge.com. Pannon Forge is a brand name, not a separate legal entity.

2. What data does the game process?

Snapszer 3D processes an anonymous Unity player identifier, the chosen nickname, online session and match data, and locally stored preferences, tutorial progress, and statistics. The nickname is visible to other online participants. Google Mobile Ads and the User Messaging Platform may process technical, advertising, and consent data such as IP address, device identifiers, approximate location, interactions, and diagnostics.

3. Why and on what basis?

Processing needed to operate the game and online matches is based on providing the service. Security, fault diagnosis, and fraud or abuse prevention may rely on legitimate interests. Personalised advertising and related storage rely on consent where required by law; the choice can later be changed through Google’s consent interface.

4. Service providers

The game uses Unity Gaming Services Authentication, Sessions, Relay, and Remote Config, and Google AdMob and the User Messaging Platform. Under their policies, these providers may act as processors or independent controllers.

5. Retention and deletion

Local game data remains on the device until deleted. Settings → About → Delete account and local data permanently deletes the anonymous Unity account and then the nickname, statistics, tutorial progress, and local preferences. Google data is subject to Google’s rules. Further requests: privacy@pannonforge.com.

6. Your rights

You may request information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing; consent may be withdrawn at any time. You may also complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

7. International transfers

Unity and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area and use safeguards required by applicable law.

8. Children

The game is not specifically directed at children under 16. Where parental or guardian authorisation is required because of age, the game may only be used with that authorisation. Information or deletion may be requested at privacy@pannonforge.com.
